Streamline Architects was selected to lead the Hilltop Master Plan for its proven ability to guide community-driven planning efforts that translate vision into actionable results. With extensive master planning experience throughout the Quad Cities, including the award-winning Rebuild Downtown Rock Island Project, Streamline has demonstrated success facilitating stakeholder engagement, synthesizing diverse input, and delivering compelling visual concepts that build consensus and momentum. That project was one of the largest public infrastructure investments in Rock Island in a generation and helped enhance public spaces, encourage private investment, and improve overall quality of life
