Our Design team worked with College staff and students to discover the key features required for the renovation of the dormitory’s restrooms. The renovated restrooms feature modern upgrades while preserving the building's historic character.

This project is the rehabilitation of this 1966 high-rise residence hall, focusing on its restrooms, utility room, and hallway electric water cooler alcoves on the campus of Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
This nine-story residence hall required major renovation and rehabilitation from long-term water damage. The design intent was to upgrade doors, fixtures, floor, and wall materials. Patching and repair of existing walls were performed as required. The design emphasized a new, updated modern look and incorporated sustainable solutions.
Streamline engaged in design feedback workshops with the college’s student body to understand current factors of importance.
